Patric Carpenter

Mr. Patric Carpenter is the Owner-Operator of Prime Homes and a licensed Real Estate Agent serving California since 2009 and Texas since 2021. Mr. Carpenter has been involved in both Conventional and Private lending since 2004, as both a licensed Loan Officer and Trainer, as well as Business Development Manager, handling transactions in nearly all 50 states. Mr. Carpenter has been an active Real Estate Investor since 2010 and provides Full-Service Consulting to clients and Mentorship to students and new Investors. Prior to Real Estate, Mr. Carpenter was a Trading Analyst and licensed Securities Sales Agent for E*TRADE Financial. Mr. Carpenter holds an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, as well as MS and BS degrees from Sacramento State University where he participated in Varsity Rugby and was a member of Delta Chi fraternity.
